WhyACE?

ACE stands for "ADAPTIVE Communication Environment"", and is a C++ Object Oriented development Framework perfect to deal with communication and distributed software. ACE is also Open Source and you can download it for free.

ACE contains more than 320.000 lines of C++ code that comprises more than 500 classes maintained by about 40 usual developers, and it is used by many big and medium enterprises in very representative projects like the ones in NASA or Boeing.

Why didn't we choose JVM or CRL?

• ACE always generate final compiles code for the destiny platform instead of intermediate code, optimizing and improving the run-time performance.
• ACE is Open Source Software, and so you can fit it to your needs or use only the subset you are interested in.
• ACE runs on MORE Operative Systems and Hardware than JVM and CRL.

Until now Osmius image over the internet was "osmius.net " responsability.  From today you can find consulting, support, development and training services in the new site.

Osmius 8.07 released. 07-24-2008

Osmius 8.07 is now available for you to download.

You'll find an automatic "one-click-button" installer  and also the tradicional compiling from the source way.

The new features are many and addressing several monitoring fields, so is better to try it and take a glace to the documentation. With this release we're trying to compete face-to-face with the "big" ones as a small sized company but open, with a sustainable business model, taking care of our own people, capable of creating good and quality products having also a great personal and family life. Why not?
